Wall Street Journal Reporters Need Your Help

Recommended Posts

Dear 403(b)wise Community:

Reporters at a major national publication are interested in speaking with current or former teachers who have invested in 403(b) annuities or mutual funds due, in part, to an endorsement of the product by a local, state or national teachers’ union. Examples might include the National Education Association's endorsement of products from Security Benefit Corp., the Pennsylvania State Education Association's endorsement of services of insurance agency Kades-Margolis Corp., or the endorsement of Valic by Creative Benefits for Educators, which is owned by local affiliates of Florida Education Association. Local union endorsements are of interest as well.

The union endorsement does not have to be the sole factor the investor considered and the investor does not have to still own the endorsed product(s). Anyone interested should contact: Anne Tergesen at anne.tergesen@wsj.com

The WSJ will be publishing two articles. It is always great to get publicity. This hidden, and costly, 403(b) world with K12 school districts must be exposed.

Please consider telling your story.
